摘要
教师在教育教学中扮演着重要的角色,而高职院校教师的发展更是职业教育发展的关键。本文通过探究高职院校教师激励机制的现状,基于ERG理论,从高职院校教师的生存需求、相互关系需求、成长需求三方面来探索高职教师激励机制创新的路径,以期调动高职院校教师的积极性以及创造性,促进职业教育高质量发展。
teachers play an important role in education,and the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges is the key to the development of vocational education.By exploring the current situation of teachers’ incentive mechanism in higher vocational colleges based on ERG theory,this paper explores the innovation of such mechanism from three aspects of teachers’ survival needs,mutual relationship needs and growth needs,with the hope to mobilize the teachers’ enthusiasm and creativity and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
