摘要
目的 分析卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液(商品名:欣母沛)用于治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法 50例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,随机分为常规治疗组与欣母沛辅助治疗组,各25例。常规治疗组采用缩宫素治疗,欣母沛辅助治疗组采用缩宫素联合欣母沛治疗。比较两组产后不同时间出血量、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 欣母沛辅助治疗组产后2、24 h出血量分别为(349.34±12.45)、(519.44±52.02)ml,均少于常规治疗组的(459.11±24.01)、(756.34±69.55)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。欣母沛辅助治疗组治疗总有效率100.00%高于常规治疗组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 欣母沛联合缩宫素用于治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果确切,可更好减少出血,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of Carboprost tromethamine injection(trade name:Hemabate)in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine asthenia.Methods A total of 50 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine asthenia were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and Hemabate adjuvant treatment group,with 25 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group was treated with oxytocin,and the Hemabate adjuvant treatment group was treated with oxytocin combined with Hemabate.The postpartum blood loss,therapeutic effect of postpartum hemorrhage,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss at 2 and 24 h postpartum of the Hemabate adjuvant treatment group were(349.34±12.45)and(519.44±52.02)ml,which were lower than(459.11±24.01)and(756.34±69.55)ml of the conventional treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 100.00%of Hemabate adjuvant treatment group was higher than 72.00%of conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hemabate combined with oxytocin has definite effect in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine contraction fatigue,and can better reduce hemorrhage,which is worthy of promotion.
