摘要
现有医疗设备温控系统由于硬件与软件自身的局限性,存在着温度调节时间过长、超调量较大的问题,无法满足现今医疗体系的需求,因此提出大数据技术支撑下的医疗设备温控系统设计与实现研究。基于大数据技术设计医疗设备温控系统,其硬件单元为主控芯片选取单元、温度传感器选取单元及其电源单元;软件模块为温度数据采集与处理模块、温度控制模块及其主控网络配置模块。其创新之处在于通过上述硬件单元与软件模块的设计,实现了医疗设备温控系统的运行。搭建实验环境,选取实验对象,进行医疗设备温度控制实验。实验数据显示与现有系统相比较,设计系统温度调节时间大幅缩短,超调量大幅减小,充分证实了设计系统医疗设备温控效果更好,能够为医疗设备的使用安全提供更加有效的保障。
Because of the limitation of hardware and software,the existing temperature control system of medical equipment has the problems of long temperature regulation time and large overshoot,which cannot meet the needs of the current medical system.Therefore,the design and implementation of temperature control system of medical equipment under the support of big data technology is proposed.Based on big data technology,a temperature control system of medical equipment is designed.The hardware unit is the main control chip selection unit,the temperature sensor selection unit and the power supply unit;The software module is the temperature data acquisition and processing module,temperature control module and its main control network configuration module.The innovation lies in the realization of the operation of the temperature control system of medical equipment through the design of the hardware unit and software module.The experimental environment is built,the experimental object is selected and the temperature control experiment of medical equipment is carried out.The experimental data show that compared with the existing system,the temperature adjustment time of the design system is greatly shortened and the overshoot is greatly reduced.It is fully confirmed that the temperature control effect of the medical equipment in the design system is better,and it can provide more effective guarantee for the safety of medical equipment.
