摘要
扎实推进共同富裕成为时代命题,赋予了职业教育高质量发展的全新定位。职业教育与共同富裕之间存在传导关系,其必将深刻嵌套于共同富裕的全局视野之下。职业教育通过教育使命的混合式转向、培养对象的普惠式覆盖、培养模式的共同式融入、培养场域的公共式转换,构成了与共同富裕系统的耦合,从而明确职业教育促进共同富裕的作用机理。为推进职业教育促进共同富裕的实践路径建设,需要重叠共识,明确职业教育促进共同富裕的使命定位;提质培优,厘清职业教育促进共同富裕的对象诉求;多方协同,发展职业教育促进共同富裕的行动模式;扎根生长,建树职业教育促进共同富裕的场域生态。
Promoting common prosperity has become the proposition of the time.It sets a new perspective for the high⁃quality development of vocational education.Vocational education is interactively related to common prosperity.It is thus encompassed in the big picture of common prosperity.Vocational education is coupled to the system of common prosperity through a blended mission of education,a universal coverage of the training objects,an integration of the common training modes and a shift to public training field.This constitutes the functional mechanism of vocational education promoting common prosperity.To promote common prosperity,it is necessary to reach a consensus on the mission of vocational education;to identify the training objects of vocational education so as to improve quality and nurture excellence;to make multilateral cooperation to develop the action model of vocational education;and to build up the field ecology of vocational education for it to grow with a solid foundation.
