摘要
文章采用自编问卷对537名中小学科研主任开展问卷调查,结果发现科研主任岗位胜任力总体水平良好,胜任力六大维度的均值都高于4分,但“专业能力”和“自我发展”相对较为薄弱;“专业知识”中“学校管理知识”“校情知识”掌握良好,“教育理论知识”亟需加强;“专业能力”中“组织管理能力”“科研指导能力”“课题研究能力”表现良好,“科研规划能力”亟需提升。学校类型、任职年限对科研主任的总体胜任力有显著影响,性别、年龄、学历、职称与胜任力的部分维度有显著关联。建议基于科研主任岗位胜任力的优势项与薄弱项,关照科研主任特定群体,制定胜任力提升的培养规划,开发胜任力提升的模块课程,创设胜任力提升的研修平台。
A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 537 education science research directors in primary and secondary schools.The results showed that the overall level of the competency of these directors was good,and the average of the six dimensions of competency was higher than 4 points,but the“professional ability”and“self-development”were relatively weak;“School management knowledge”and“school situation knowledge”in“professional knowledge”are well mastered,and“educational theoretical knowledge”needs to be strengthened;“Organization and management ability”,“scientific research guidance ability”and“subject research ability”in“professional ability”are“good”,and“education science research planning ability”needs to be improved;School type and tenure have a significant impact on the overall competency,and gender,age,educational background and professional title are significantly related to some dimensions of competency.Based on the strengths and weaknesses of the competency,it is suggested to care about the specific sub group of these directors,formulate the training plan for competency improvement,develop modular courses for competency improvement,and create a research platform for competency improvement.
