地基中混凝土板隔振性能试验分析

摘要 为探究将混凝土板埋置在振源下或需隔振位置下这两种布置方式的隔振效果,采取试验研究的方法,测试了有无隔振措施时地表的加速度值,并通过两者加速度比值来衡量隔振效果。结果表明:混凝土板的埋深变化对隔振效果有较大影响,振源下混凝土板埋深参数为0.038时隔振效果显著,增大至0.153后隔振效果明显下降;隔振位置下板的埋深参数从0.019增加至0.076后板上方区域加速度比值明显增大。增大板的宽度有益于隔振,振源下板宽度参数从0.23提高至0.46后隔振效果得到了改善;同样隔振位置下板宽度参数从0.11增加至0.34后板上方振动明显减弱。增加板厚有利于隔振,但小幅度增加板厚对提高隔振效果作用不显著。此外还发现在不改变板总厚度的情况下,换用双层板的隔振效果比使用单层板要差,且双层板层间距的增大会使隔振效果变差。试验中存在当振源高频振动时隔振区内加速度比值较大的现象。由于将板埋置在振源下效果更好,进一步通过正交试验探究了振源下混凝土板隔振效果最优的尺寸及埋深。 In order to explore the vibration isolation effect of concrete slab buried under the vibration source or buried under the required vibration isolation position,the vibration isolation effect of these two arrangements was explored by experimental research.The acceleration values of the ground surface with and without vibration isolation measures were tested,and the vibration isolation effect was measured by the acceleration ratio of the two.The results show that the change of the buried depth of the concrete slab has a great influence on the vibration isolation effect.When the buried depth parameter of the concrete slab under the vibration source is 0.038,the vibration isolation effect is remarkable,and the vibration isolation effect decreases significantly when it increases to 0.153.When the buried depth parameter of the concrete slab under the vibration isolation position increases from 0.019 to 0.076,the acceleration ratio above the slab increases significantly.The vibration isolation effect was improved when the width parameter of concrete slab under vibration source was increased from 0.23 to 0.46.When the width parameter of concrete slab under the vibration isolation position increases from 0.11 to 0.34,the vibration above the slab decreases obviously.Increasing the thickness of concrete slab is beneficial to vibration isolation,but a small increase in thickness has no significant effect on improving the vibration isolation effect.In addition,it is found that the vibration isolation effect of the double-layer concrete plate is worse than that of the single-layer plate without changing the total thickness of the plate,and the increase of the spacing between the two layers will make the vibration isolation effect worse.In the test,there is a phenomenon that the acceleration ratio in the vibration isolation zone is large when the vibration source vibrates at high frequency.Because the concrete slab under the vibration source is better,this paper further explores the optimal size and depth of the concrete slab vibration isolation effect by orthogonal test.
