摘要
随着废弃轮胎的数量逐渐增多,环境污染的问题日趋严重,如何将废弃轮胎进行回收利用,成为了当前的热点研究问题。本文以碎轮胎橡胶在沥青中的运用研究为背景,以橡胶改性沥青的储存稳定性为线索,揭示碎轮胎橡胶在“湿法”以及“终端共和”工艺下,制备所得改性沥青的特点、存在缺陷。并对两种改性沥青的改善措施、改性机理、稳定性评价的方法及原理进行了系统综述。旨在碎轮胎橡胶在沥青中的推广运用,提供理论与方法。
With the increasing number of abandoned tires,the problem of environmental pollution was becoming more and more serious.How to recycle the waste tires had become a hot research issue.Based on the research on the application of the rubber in asphalt,taking the storage stability of rubber modified asphalt as the clue,the characteristics and defects of the modified asphalt prepared by the rubber under the“wet”and“terminal republic”processes were reviewed.The improvement measures,modification mechanism,stability evaluation methods and principles of two modified asphalt were reviewed systematically.The purpose of this paper was to promote the application of the broken tire rubber in asphalt and provide theory and method.
