大直径盾构隧道侧壁管片拆除对邻近管片影响 被引量:2

Influence on Adjacent Segments due to Removing Side Wall Segments of Large Diameter Shield Tunnel

摘要 北京地铁14号线高家园站通过大直径盾构隧道扩建时存在作业面不足的情况,为此提出“拆除大直径盾构隧道侧壁管片形成扩挖通道”的施工方案。通过数值计算和现场实测的方法,研究盾构隧道侧壁管片破除及横通道施工对邻近管片的影响。研究结果表明:拆除横通道部位管片会使邻近管片的环向压应力突增-1.64~-2.01 MPa,轴向压应力突增-0.62~-0.73 MPa,暗挖横通道也会使邻近管片的附加应力小幅度增加,但后续施工会使邻近管片的附加应力逐渐减小,最终邻近管片的应力状态会回到施工前的初始应力状态附近。实测结果与数值计算结果相互验证,都反映出拆除管片及暗挖横通道等施工对邻近管片结构的不利影响是可控的,研究成果对工程实践具有指导价值。 Gaojiayuan Station of Beijing Subway Line 14 was constructed by enlarging a large diameter shield tunnel.Due to insufficient working face during the enlarging construction,the construction method statement of“Removing the side wall segments of large diameter shield tunnel to form enlarging passages”was put forward.The methods of numerical calculation and field measurement were adopted to study the influence on the adjacent segments of enlarging passages by removing the side wall segments of shield tunnel and subsequent construction.The research results show that removing the segments in the cross passage will increase the circumferential and axial compressive stresses of the adjacent segments by about-1.64~-2.01 MPa and-0.62~-0.73 MPa,respectively.The additional stress of adjacent segments will also increase slightly during the cross passage excavation but will decrease gradually in the subsequent construction,until finally the stress state of adjacent segments returns to near the initial stress state before construction.Both the results of field measurement and numerical calculation are mutually verified,which show that the adverse effect of the removal of segments and excavating cross passages on the adjacent segments is controllable.The research results have guiding value for engineering practice.
