摘要
为研究山东地区马疱疹病毒(EHV)流行情况,本实验从山东地区76个规模驴场采集鼻拭子1 834份,采用PCR检测鼻拭子样品中EHV-1、EHV-4和EHV-8,对检测数据进行流行病学分析。结果显示,在鼻拭子样品中均未检测到EHV-1和EHV-4;EHV-8病原的场感染率为76.32%(58/76),个体感染率为6.65%(122/1834)。EHV-8分离株与EHV-8 Wh株同源性最高,为99.6%~99.7%。经统计分析,不同地区间驴的EHV-8感染率差异显著(P<0.05),以德州地区最高,为13.36%(29/217);不同年龄驴间EHV-8感染率差异不显著(P>0.05);驴在冬季EHV-8感染率为14.57%(73/501),显著高于其他季节(P<0.05)。本研究首次对山东地区规模驴场EHV的流行进行了系统调查,为EHV的流行风险评估提供了重要参考。
To investigate donkeys infection’s status and characteristics with equid herpesvirus(EHV), 1834 nasal swabs were collected from 76 intensive donkey farms in some parts of Shandong province. The pathogens of EHV-1, EHV-4, and EHV-8 in nasal swabs were detected by PCR. None of the nasal swab samples were positive for EHV-1 or EHV-4. However, the total positive rate of EHV-8 was 6.65%(122/1834), and the positive rate of EHV-8 farms was 76.32%(58/76). The isolated EHV-8 strains had the highest sequence homology(99.6%-99.7%) with the domestic EHV-8/Wh strain. In addition, statistical analysis showed that EHV-8 infection rates varied significantly in different regions(P<0.05), and the Dezhou district had the highest percentage(13.36%) of EHV-8 infection. No significant differences in EHV-8 infection among age groups were observed(P>0.05). The EHV-8infection rate of the donkey in winter was 14.57%(73/501), which was significantly higher than that in other seasons(P<0.05).This study shows the circulating of EHV in large-scale donkey farms in Shandong province, which provides an important reference for early warning of the epidemic risk of EHV.
