摘要
在地铁车站施工中,地下结构难免会出现渗漏水现象,如果不处理好渗漏水问题,将会对地铁车站的建设及使用造成严重的影响,因此对渗漏水问题的处理十分关键。为了有效地控制地铁防水施工质量,满足主体结构抗渗要求,结合常州地铁2号线潞城站主体结构施工实际,对结构渗漏水原因进行了分析,以止水帷幕施工、结构外包防水层施工、施工缝、诱导缝、特殊部位防水和混凝土自防水施工为研究对象,提出地铁车站主体结构防渗漏的应对措施。主体结构施工完成后,结构表面基本无明显渗漏现象,达到较为理想的预期效果,为其他城市的地铁车站结构防渗漏施工提供重要借鉴。
In the metro station construction,the underground structure will inevitably have the phenomenon of water leakage;if we do not deal with the problem of water leakage,it will have a serious impact on the construction and use of metro stations,so it is very important to deal with the problem of water leakage.In order to effectively control the quality of metro waterproofing construction and meet the impervious requirements of the main structure,based on the construction practice of the main structure of Lucheng Station of Changzhou Metro Line 2,the causes of structural leakage are analyzed.Taking waterproof curtain construction,structure outsourcing waterproof layer construction,construction joint,induced joint,special part waterproofing and concrete self-waterproofing construction as the research objects,the corresponding measures for preventing leakage of the main structure of metro station are put forward.After the completion of the construction of the main structure,there is basically no obvious leakage on the surface of the structure,which achieves an ideal expected effect and provides an important reference for the anti-leakage construction of metro station structures in other cities.
