摘要
煤层气开采过程中气井分布密度大、范围广,而且煤层气中粉尘直径小、含尘量大、气体外输所需压力高;本文通过探讨喷油螺杆压缩机设计理论和关键技术的应用,讨论喷油螺杆压缩机在煤层气开采及井口增压输送的应用优势。以中海油某山西40万方/天煤层气项目为例,阐述了在煤层气场站设计、运行维护过程中,喷油螺杆压缩机的应用特点和优势;通过本项目的稳定运行,进一步证明了喷油螺杆压缩机在煤层气增压行业的技术应用优势。
In the process of coalbed methane exploitation,the distribution density of gas wells is large with a wide range,the dust in coalbed methane is small in diameter with large dust content,and high pressure is required for gas export.This paper discusses the application of the design theory and key technologies of oil-injected screw compressors and proposes the advantages of applying oil-injected screw compressors in coalbed methane exploitation and wellhead pressurized transportation.Taking a CNOOC project whose production is 400000 m^(3)/d in Shanxi as an example,the application characteristics and advantages of oil-injected screw compressors in the process of design,operation,and maintenance of a coalbed methane station are expounded.The stable operation of this project further proves the technical application advantages of oil-injected screw compressors in coalbed methane pressurization industry.
