摘要
目的观察剖宫产术后患者实施中药热奄包治疗对其胃肠功能的影响。方法将120例2020年2月—2021年3月于罗定市妇幼保健院接受剖宫产手术的患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分成参考组(n=60)、观察组(n=60)。其中参考组患者行常规西医治疗,观察组患者行中药热奄包治疗。对两组患者总有效率、症候积分、胃肠功能恢复时间、胃排空率和肠鸣音次数进行比较。结果观察组剖宫产手术患者治疗总有效率高于参考组,观察组患者治疗后反酸、呃逆、腹痛、腹胀症候积分低于参考组,参考组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气及排便时间相较于观察组明显更长,观察组患者治疗后胃排空率和肠鸣音次数均高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后患者实施中药热奄包治疗能改善患者临床症状,缩短胃肠功能恢复时间,增加胃排空率和肠鸣音次数,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao on gastrointestinal function in patients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 patients with cesarean section in Luoding Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into the reference group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60)by random number methd.Among them,the reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao.Total efficiency,syndrome points,gastrointestinal function recovery time,gastric emptying rate,and the bowel ringing counts were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients undergoing cesarean section in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group.The symptom scores of acid reflux,hiccup,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the reference group.The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust and defecation time of the reference group were significantly longer than those of the observation group.Both gastric emptying rate and intestinal sounds were higher than in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After cesarean section,the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine thermotherapy can improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,increase the gastric emptying rate and the number of bowel sounds,which is worthy of reference.
