摘要
综述了铜及其合金无铬钝化的研究现状,主要包括无机类的钼酸盐、稀土盐钝化;有机类的苯并三氮唑(BTA)/甲基苯并三氮唑(TTA)钝化、硅烷钝化和植酸钝化。分析并提出了无铬钝化研究中现存的问题,展望了今后的研究方向。
The research status of chromium free passivation of copper and its alloys was reviewed,which mainly including inorganic molybdate and rare earth salt passivation;organic benzotriazole(BTA)/methyl benzotriazole(TTA)passivation,silane passivation and phytic acid passivation.The existing problems in the research of chromium free passivation are analyzed and put forward,and the future research directions are prospected.
