摘要
鉴于聚合物改性沥青离析试验(T0661-2011)在评价SBS改性沥青热储存稳定性时,存在耗时长、无法准确模拟工厂的实际储存条件、试验误差大等缺陷,提出采用动态剪切流变试验方法快速检测SBS改性沥青的热储存稳定性。建立了黏弹性系数Vc函数模型,定义了评价指标一稳定因子R,并推荐当R_(f)≥24.2时,SBS改性沥青的热储存稳定性为一级,当23≤R_(f)<24,2时,SBS改性沥青的热储存稳定性为二级,当R_(f)<23时,SBS改性沥青的热储存稳定性为三级。采用该方法评价SBS改性沥青的热储存稳定性,检测时间可以缩短到2h以内,其准确率、精密度、可靠性高,适宜推广。
In view of the defects of polymer modified asphalt segregation test(T 0661-2011)in evalua-ting the thermal storage stability of SBS modified asphalt,it takes a long time and cannot accurately simulate the actual storage conditions of factory,and has large test errors,so dynamic shear rheological test method is proposed to quickly detect the thermal storage stability of SBS modified asphalt.Viscoelastic cofficient(VC)function model is established,evaluation index stability factor(R_(f))is defined.It is recommended that when R_(f)≥24.2,thermal storage stability of SBS modified asphalt is grade I,when 23≤R_(f)<24.2,thermal stor-age stability of SBS modified asphalt is grade II,and when Rf<23,thermal storage stability of SBS modified asphalt is grade II.The detection time can be shortened to less than 2 hours by using this method to evaluate the thermal storage stability of SBS modified asphalt.It has high accuracy,precision and reliability,and is suitable for popularization.
