摘要
目的 探讨岩鹿乳康片联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生症(HDB)的效果及对外周血p53蛋白及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。方法 选取2019年10月至2020年10月青海省中医院收治的84例HDB女性患者,采用简单随机分组模式分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组口服枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服岩鹿乳康片治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者临床治疗效果以及治疗前后血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、丙二醛(MDA)、外周血p53蛋白、TGF-β1水平差异和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化,并记录两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组HDB患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者VEGF、MDA、p53蛋白、TGF-β1指标、VAS评分减少程度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 岩鹿乳康片联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗HDB,可有效降低外周血p53蛋白及TGF-β1水平,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Yanlurukang tablet combined with tamoxifen on hyperplastic disease of breast(HDB)and the influences on levels of peripheral blood p53 protein and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1). Methods A total of 84 female patients with HDB admitted to Qinghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled between October 2019 and October 2020. According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral tamoxifen citrate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Yanlurukang tablets on basis of control group. After 3 months of treatment,clinical curative effect,changes in levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and malondialdehyde(MDA),peripheral blood p53 protein and TGF-β;,and scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups was recorded. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of HDB patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the decrease of VEGF,MDA,p53 protein,TGF-β;and VAS score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Yanlurukang tablet combined with tamoxifen citrate tablet can effectively reduce the levels of peripheral blood p53 protein andTGF-β;and improve clinical curative effect in HDB patients.
