摘要 喷墨打印技术在陶瓷砖生产领域得到了广泛应用,成为了建筑陶瓷领域的主流装饰技术,使仿石材纹理和色彩的装饰效果达到登峰造极的程度,所以抛釉砖印花工序基本改成了喷墨印花。但是,由于墨水属于油性非亲水材料,墨水打印到砖面后,尤其是深色产品墨量大,往往会出现墨水(油性)与覆盖层釉浆(水性)不相溶现象,即避釉,具体表现为凹釉、缩釉、白点增多等。为了解决避釉问题,通过引入活性剂和隔离釉技术,对生产工艺进行改进,实现了喷墨抛釉砖特别是深色抛釉砖的稳定生产。抛釉砖因其能克服抛光砖存在的防污性能差、工艺美学性欠佳等不足,并具有大理石纹理的效果而在市场上深受消费者的欢迎。传统抛釉砖的主要釉线工艺流程是淋化妆土底釉,丝网或者辊筒印花,上全抛釉,釉线印花缺陷主要在于阴阳色、粘网、糊化、水印、色差等。笔者主要介绍了建筑陶瓷砖保护釉专用印油关键指标,从悬浮分散性、触变性、流平性、保水性、排墨性几方面进行简要分析,为相关人员提供参考。 Inkjet printing technology has been widely used in the field of ceramic tile production,has become the mainstream decorative technology in the field of architectural ceramics,so that the decorative effect of imitation stone texture and color reaches the peak,so the glaze brick printing process is basically changed to inkjet printing.However,because the ink belongs to oily non-hydrophilic material,ink printing to the brick surface,especially the dark product ink,often appear ink(oily)and covering layer glaze slurry(water)do not melt phenomenon,namely avoid glaze,specific performance is con-cave glaze,shrink glaze,white dot increase.In order to solve the problem of avoiding glaze,the production technology was improved by introducing active agent and isolating glaze technology,and the stable production of inkjet glazed brick,espe-cially dark glazed brick,was realized.Cast glaze brick because of its can overcome the polishing brick existence of antipollu-tion performance is poor,craft aesthetics is not good enough,and has the effect of marble texture and in the market by the welcome of consumers.The main glaze line process of traditional glazed brick is doused with makeup soil bottom glaze,screen or roller printing,on the full glaze,glaze line printing defects mainly lie in Yin and Yang color,sticky net,pasting,watermark,color difference,etc.The author mainly introduces the key indicators of special seal oil for protective glaze of building ceramic tile,and makes a brief analysis from the aspects of suspension dispersion,thixotropy,leveling,water re-tention and ink discharge,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
