摘要
研究使用机器人进行电硬币清分的可行性,设计一款可以对混杂在一起的多种硬币同时进行分类、清点和整理的光电式硬币清分机器人。综合运用机械设计原理和光电识别技术,先后设计曲柄连杆式硬币分出机构、传送与光电扫描机构和硬币分选机构。根据硬币清分的控制需求设计了机器人的电源电路、硬币推出控制电路、硬币检出电路、显示电路和基于嵌入式的主控电路系统。通过3D打印和机加工等方法制作完成功能样机,进行单种多个硬币和多重多个硬币混合的实际清分测试,均获得100%的正确检出率。实现相关技术和设备国产化,很好地解决银行、大型超市和公交公司等金融服务业部门所遇到的硬币清分问题,实现大量硬币快速、准确回笼。
The feasibility of using robot for electric coin sorting was studied, and a photoelectric coin sorting robot was designed which can classify, count and sort out a variety of mixed coins. Based on the mechanical design principle and photoelectric recognition technology, the crank connecting rod coin separation mechanism, transmission and photoelectric scanning mechanism and coin sorting mechanism were designed successively. According to the control requirements of coin sorting, the power supply circuit, coin pushing control circuit, coin detection circuit, display circuit and main control circuit system based on embedded were designed. The functional prototype was made through3D printing and machining, and the actual sorting test of single multiple coins and multiple multiple coins was carried out, and the correct detection rate was 100%. Since then, there is no need to introduce relevant technologies and equipment from abroad, which has solved the coin sorting problem encountered by financial service departments such as banks, large supermarkets and bus companies. The rapid and accurate return of a large number of coins is realized.
