摘要
针对地铁轨道钢轨磨耗问题严重,影响了轨道交通的安全运行和乘客的舒适度问题,开展小半径曲线钢轨侧磨规律研究。通过对各种可能原因进行系统分析、实验,理论验证,轨底坡度的设置和缓和曲线长度是影响轨道侧磨的重要因素,通过设定不同的轨底坡度来研究对轨道侧磨的影响规律。
Aiming at the serious problem of rail wear in metro track,which affects the safe operation of rail transit and the comfort of passengers,the law of side wear of small radius curve rail is studied. Through systematic analysis and experiments on various possible causes,it is theoretically verified that the setting of rail bottom slope and the length of transition curve are important factors affecting rail side wear. The influence law on rail side wear is studied by setting different rail bottom slope.
