摘要
结合工程应用实例,对装配式城市桥梁施工质量的全方位管理进行了阐述。通过对桥梁立柱、盖梁的工厂化预制,现场安装,拼接,套筒灌浆整个施工过程及原材料管理的技术质量控制要点进行较为全面的论述,总结了装配式桥梁质量全方管理的经验,为类似工程提供了参考。
Combined with engineering application examples,this paper expounds the all-round management of construction quality of fabricated urban bridges.Through a more comprehensive discussion on the whole construction process of the factory prefabrication,on-site installation,splicing and sleeve grouting of the bridge column and cap beam as well as the technical quality control points of the raw material management,this paper summarizes the experience of the all-round quality management of the fabricated bridge,which provides a reference for similar projects.
