摘要
针对树儿里煤业井下架空乘人装置采取人工控制设备运行效率低等,采用基于机器视觉技术对其进行智能控制系统的改造。实践应用效果表明:智能控制可以实现架空乘人装置的智能运行、智能调速、可视化管理,安全经济效益显著。
In view of the low efficiency of manual control equipment adopted in the underground overhead passenger device of Shuerli Coal Industry,the intelligent control system is reformed based on machine vision technology.The practical application results show that the intelligent control can realize the intelligent operation,intelligent speed regulation and visual management of the overhead passenger device,and the safety and economic benefit is remarkable.
