“双碳”目标下矿产资源开发布局思考 被引量:9

Thoughts on the Layout of Mineral Resources Development Under Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Goals

摘要 矿产资源开发行业是一个传统的高能耗产业。通过分析我国矿产资源开发行业的碳排放现状,指出矿业领域需在“双碳”大背景下提前布局的必要性,国家“双碳”目标的提出将更深层次地推动矿业绿色、低碳、循环发展;建立了矿业行业碳排放源模型及核算方法,依据矿石流向进行了碳耗流分析,提出基础技术体系构建、关键技术集成与耦合创新、颠覆性技术革新三个技术层次全面降碳的路径,从矿产资源开发的产业源头能源—工艺流程—过程管控—末端处理四个维度进行布局,为矿产资源开发行业“双碳”布局提供新思路、新方案,保证矿业可持续发展,确保矿产资源开发行业如期实现“双碳”目标。 The mineral resources development industry is a traditional high-energy consumption industry. By analyzing the carbon emission status of China’s mineral resources development industry, it is pointed out that the mining industry needs layout in advance under the background of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Goals. The proposal of the national Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Goals will further promote the green, low-carbon and circular development of mining industry. The carbon emission source model and accounting method of the mining industry were established. The carbon consumption flow was analyzed according to the ore flow direction, and the comprehensive carbon reduction path was put forward from three technical levels, namely, the construction of basic technology system, the integration and coupling innovation of key technologies, and the disruptive technological innovation. The layout was carried out from the four dimensions, including the industrial source energy, process flow, process control and end treatment of mineral resources development. The study can provide new ideas and schemes for the layout of the mineral resources development industry under Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Goals, can ensure the sustainable development of the mining industry, and can ensure that the mineral resources development industry will achieve the goals on schedule.
