摘要
通过分析现有刚性悬挂接触线磨耗测量装置的特点与不足,基于刚性悬挂汇流排的结构特点,研制出近距磨耗的连续检测装置。运用轮轨原理及连锁结构,研制了适用于“Π”型汇流排的移动载体。以激光三角测量原理和轮廓配准方法,实现了磨耗宽度和偏磨量同步检测。运用线阵相机二维图像拼接技术,提出以表观成像方式实现波磨位置检测功能。最后,通过对实验室测试和现场运用,验证了装置的适用性和检测精度,为刚性悬挂接触网检测及维修提供了支持。
Through the analysis of the characteristics and deficiencies of the existing measuring device for wear of rigid suspension contact wire and based on the structural characteristics of the rigid suspension busbar,a continuous inspection device for short-distance wear is developed.The wheel-rail interaction and interlocking structure are applied to develop a movable carrier suitable for“Π”busbar.Laser triangulation principle and profile registration method are adopted to realize the synchronous measurement of wear width and partial wear amount.2D image stitching technology of line-scan digital camera is exerted to propose the corrugation site inspection function by apparent imaging.Finally,the applicability and inspection accuracy of the device are verified through laboratory test and field application,providing supports for the inspection and maintenance of the metro rigid suspension OCS.
