摘要 采用静态、动态拉伸实验机器对HC260LAD+Z低合金高强钢材料进行静态、动态高速拉伸试验,对其不同应变率下的动态力学性能进行研究,针对屈服强度、流动应力进行研究。经分析,应变率的提高对HC260LAD+Z材料的屈服强度、流动应力等均有相应趋势的影响。在100/s应变率以前特定应变点对应的真应力增长幅度较大,100/s应变率以后增长趋势变缓,流动应力曲线也呈现相同趋势。另外,基于JC本构方程拟合了HC260LAD+Z低合金高强钢本构模型参数,发现拟合曲线与实验曲线差别较大。提出了一种经过修正的JC本构方程,通过拟合D值指数函数参数,使得修正后的JC本构方程拟合精度得到了提升。经验证,修正后的JC本构拟合曲线与实验曲线趋势一致,屈服点与饱和应力值均相差不大,能够满足工程开发需要。 The static and dynamic high-speed tensile tests of HC260LAD+Z low alloy high-strength steel were carried out by using static tensile test machine and dynamic tensile test machine.The dynamic mechanical properties under different strain rates were studied,and the yield strength and flow stress were studied.The analysis showed that the increase of strain rate had a corresponding trend on the yield strength and flow stress of HC260LAD+Z material.Before the 100/s strain rate,the true stress corresponding to a specific strain point increases greatly.After the 100/s strain rate,the growth trend slowed down,and the flow stress curve also showed the same trend.In addition,the constitutive model parameters of HC260LAD+Z low alloy high strength steel were fitted based on JC constitutive equation.It was found that the fitting curve was quite different from the experimental curve.A modified JC constitutive equation was proposed.By fitting the D-value exponential function parameters,the fitting accuracy of the modified JC constitutive equation was improved.It was verified that the trend of the modified JC constitutive fitting curve was consistent with the experimental curve,and there was little difference between the yield point and the saturated stress value,which could meet the needs of engineering development.
