摘要
超声波流量计因为其准确度高、维护成本低等优势在流量测量中广泛应用。但在使用过程中,由于管道条件和安装过程的不确定性,以及测量介质的温度压力等状态参数发生变化,都增大了流量测量误差。基于热工水力试验应用需求,提出了一种提高超声波流量计测量准确度的方法,并阐述了超声波流量计时差法的工作原理、现场校准方法和结果,最后进行了不确定评定。
Ultrasonic flow meters are widely used in flow measurement because of high accuracy and low maintenance cost.The practical application of ultrasonic flow meter,the uncertainly of pipeline conditions and installation.as well as the change of parameters such as temperature or pressure of measuring medium will reduce the flow precision.A method which can improve the measurement accuracy of ultrasonic flow meter based on the experiment is presented.The principle,calibration and uncertainty evaluation are described.
