摘要
在电力和化工等产业不断发展的时代背景下,化石能源越来越少,化石能源危机和环境危机限制了以化石原料制备C_(4)烯烃工艺的进一步发展。首先根据现有的实验数据,利用SPSS软件量化分析各种催化剂组合和催化环境的交互影响,根据交互关系确定新的交互变量;然后利用主成分分析法和偏最小二乘回归模型探讨催化条件对于乙醇转化率和C_(4)烯烃选择性的影响;最后考虑反应中各种约束条件,建立多元非线性优化模型,利用LINGO软件,综合考虑决策变量、目标函数以及约束条件,得到催化剂与温度的最优组合的数据为:反应温度405℃、乙醇添加速度0.90 mL/min、Co/SiO_(2)投入质量200 mg、Co负载量(质量分数)0.9%、Co/SiO_(2)和HAP装料比为1的时候,C_(4)烯烃收率(乙醇转化率与C_(4)烯烃选择性的乘积)达到最大值45.84%,乙醇转化率为88.2%,C_(4)烯烃选择性(C_(4)烯烃在所有产物中的占比)为51.98%。
In an era of growing industries such as power and chemicals,fossil energy sources are becoming increasingly scarce,and the fossil energy crisis and environmental crisis are limiting the further development of C_(4)olefin processes from fossil feedstocks.In this paper,firstly,based on the available experimental data,the interaction effects of various catalyst combinations and catalytic environment were quantified and analyzed using SPSS software,and new interaction variables were identified based on the interaction relationships;then the effects of catalytic conditions on ethanol conversion and C_(4)olefin selectivity were explored by using principal component analysis and partial least squares regression models;finally,a multivariate nonlinear optimization model was established considering various constraints in the reaction.The optimal combination of catalyst and temperature was obtained by using LINGO software,considering the decision variables,objective function and constraints.When the reaction temperature is 405℃,ethanol addition speed is 0.90 mL/min,Co/SiO_(2)input mass is 200 mg,Co loading(mass fraction)is 0.9%and Co/SiO_(2)and HAP loading ratio is 1,the C_(4)olefin yield(ethanol conversion and C_(4)olefin selectivity)reaches a maximum value of 45.84%,the ethanol conversion is 88.2%and the C_(4)olefin selectivity(the percentage of C_(4)olefin in all products)is 51.98%.
