Analysis on results of active surveillance for foodborne diseases in Weihai city,Shandong province in 2019

摘要 目的 分析2019年威海市食源性疾病主动监测结果,了解食源性疾病流行特征,提高食源性疾病早期识别、溯源能力。方法 收集2019年全市哨点医院就诊的食源性疾病患者的粪便标本,按照《2019年国家食源性疾病监测工作手册》进行沙门氏菌、副溶血性弧菌、志贺氏菌、致泻大肠埃希氏菌属及诺如病毒等项目的检测。结果 累计采集233份粪便样本,病例以腹泻、腹痛、恶心、呕吐等症状为主,20~40岁、家务及待业病例占比最高,分别为46.78%、39.48%。病例的主要暴露食品是水产动物及其制品(34.76%)。233份标本中检出74份阳性,检出率31.76%,其中,食源性致病菌共检出37株,沙门氏菌11株(4.72%),优势血清型为肠沙门氏菌7株(3.00%),副溶血性弧菌26株(11.16%),优势血清型是O3∶K6(5.15%)。诺如病毒阳性37份(15.88%),优势基因型是GI(9.01%)。结论 威海市食源性疾病主要以诺如病毒和副溶血性弧菌感染为主,应继续加强主动监测,相关部门采取相应的预防控制措施,以减少食源性疾病的发生。 Objective To analyze the active surveillance results of foodborne diseases in Weihai city,find out the epidemiological features of foodborne diseases,and improve the early identification and traceability of foodborne disease.Methods The faecal specimens were collected from the sentinel hospital in Weihai city in 2019 for the detection of salmonella,vibrio parahaemolyticus,shigella,echericha coli and norovirus.Specimen testing was conducted in accordance with National Foodborne Disease Surveillance Manual 2019.Results A total of 233 faecal samples were collected.The main symptoms of cases were diarrhea,abdominal pain,nausea,and vomiting.The highest incidence was found in the age group of 20~40 years(46.47%).The most common occupations were housekeeping and unemployment(39.48%).The main exposed foods were aquatic products and their products(34.76%).A total of 74 stains of pathogens were isolated from 233 samples,and the overall positive rate was 31.76%.Of them,37 strains were foodborne pathogen,including 11 strains of Salmonella spp(4.72%) with the predominant serotype of salmonella enterica(3.00%),and 26 strains of vibrio parahemolyticus(11.16%) with the predominant serotype of O3:K6(5.15%).37 samples were tested to be positive for norovirus(15.88%),and the dominant genotype was GI(9.01%).Conclusions Foodborne diseases in Weihai city were mainly caused by norovirus and vibrio parahaemolyticus.The active surveillance should be strengthened,and the relevant departments should take preventive and control measures to reduce the incidence of foodborne diseases.
