摘要
目的掌握酉阳县生肉样品单核细胞增生李斯特菌(单增李斯特菌,Listeria monocytogenes,LM)的污染情况、血清型别及菌株耐药情况,为该菌感染的科学防控提供依据。方法按照GB 4789.30—2016进行增菌、分离、生化鉴定;血清分型采用感染日本生研诊断血清,按照说明书进行;药敏试验采取K-B法进行,并进行结果判定。结果480份生肉样品检出单增李斯特菌20株,检出率为4.17%(20/480),其中12株为1/2a型,占比60.00%(12/20);6株为1/2b型,占比30.00%(6/20);2株为1/2c型,占比10.00%(2/20),未见其它型别。不同月份生肉样品单增李斯特菌检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.426,P>0.05);不同种类生肉样品单增李斯特菌检出率分别为生鸡肉6.45%(6/93)、生鸭肉7.14%(7/98)、生鹅肉6.12%(3/49)、生牛肉5.83%(6/103)、生猪肉6.31%(6/95)、生羊肉4.76%(2/42),差异无统计学意义(Fisher确切概率法,P=1.000)。检出的20株单增李斯特菌对头孢氨苄、头孢他啶100.00%耐药,对其它药物敏感性较高;耐2重以上药物菌株统计发现,耐4重以上2株,耐2重以上7株。结论酉阳县生肉样品单增李斯特菌的污染情况较为严重,且均为致病型别,出现多重耐药菌株。应加强食品安全监管,严防食物中毒事件发生。
Objective To investigate the contaminations,serotype and drug resistance of Listeria monocytogenes(LM)in raw meat samples from Youyang County,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of LM infection.Methods The enrichment,isolation and biochemical identification were implemented according to GB 4789.30—2016.The serological typing was taken according to the instructions;K-B method was applied for drug sensitivity test,and the results were determined.Results Twenty strains of LM with the detection rate of 4.17%(20/480)were detected in 480 raw meat samples,there were 12 strains in 1/2 a type with the rate of 60.00%(12/20);6 strains in 1/2 b type with the rate of 30.00%(6/20);and 2 strains in 1/2 c type with the rate of 10.00%(2/20);and no other types were found.The difference in the detection rate of LM in different months was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.426,P>0.05);the detection rate of LM was 6.45%(6/93)for raw chicken,7.14%(7/98)for raw duck,6.12%(3/49)for raw goose,5.83%(6/103)for raw beef,6.31%(6/95)for raw pork and 4.76%(2/42)for raw mutton,and with no statistically significant difference(Fisher′s exact propability,P=1.000).The 20 strains of LM were 100.00%resistant to Cefalexin and Ceftazidime,and high sensitive to other drugs;and the statistics of strains resistant over 2 kinds of drugs showed there were 2 strains resistant to moreover 4 kinds of drugs,and 7 strains resistant to over 2 kinds of drugs.Conclusion The contaminations of LM in raw meat samples from Youyang County are severe,all of them are pathogenic types,and multi-drug resistant strains appear.Food safety supervision should be intensified to prevent food poisoning.
