聚能切割碳纤维复合材料层合板的研究

摘要 碳纤维复合材料层合板作为功能材料应用于航空航天及军工等领域,在进行切断试验研究时,线性聚能射流切割是一种快速有效的爆炸分离方法。采用的试验方案:药型罩夹角为60°、炸高为5 mm、药型罩壁厚为0.5 mm、外壳材料为钨,对方案进行三维数值模拟及靶板切口处冲击响应分析。试验能够完全切断层合板,切口尺寸小,中间较为平整,两端断口边缘伴随纤维脱落。三维数值模拟结果表明:在金属射流作用下,靶板完全断裂且切口较为平整;靶板在短时间的高频冲击后迅速衰减,进入低频振荡阶段。 Carbon fiber composite laminate is used in aerospace and military industry and other fields as a functional material.In the cutting test,it is found that linear concentrated jet cutting is a fast and effective method for explosion separation.The test scheme is as follows:the angle of the medicine type cover is 60°,the blasting height is 5 mm,the wall thickness of the medicine type cover is 0.5 mm,and the shell material is tungsten.The three-dimensional numerical simulation and the shock response analysis at the target incision are carried out on the scheme.The test results show that the laminated plate can be completely cut off,the incision size is small,the middle is relatively flat,with fiber sheddtng at both fracture ends.The three-dimensional numerical simulation results show that the target plate is completely broken and the incision is relatively smooth under the action of metal jet.The target attenuates rapidly after a short period of highfrequency shock and enters the low-frequency oscillation stage.
