摘要 在当前整体行业发展背景下,大型商业综合体的建筑设计过程中,得铺率作为关键的经营性指标尤其受到重视,本文以宁波世茂广场建筑设计为例,梳理了该指标的各类影响因素,并有针对性地探讨了相关的设计优化和提升的方法及其应用。 Under the background of the current overall industry development,in the process of architectural design of large-scale commercial complexes,the retail shop occupying rate is particularly valued as a key operational indicator.This article takes the architectural design of Shimao Festival City project in Ningbo as an example to sort out various influencing factors of this indicator,and discuss the related design optimization and improvement methods and their applications in a targeted manner.
