摘要
微生物在自然界和人体广泛分布,与人类紧密共存,在法医学中显示出独特的应用价值。本文提出法医微生物学的概念,概述了其分析技术,并对法医微生物学在死亡时间推断、死亡原因推断、生物地理推断、个体识别及其他法医学应用的研究进展进行了综述,同时对法医微生物学存在的问题进行了展望。
Microorganisms are widely distributed in nature and human body,coexist closely with human beings and show unique application value in forensic medicine.This review puts forward the concept of forensic microbiology,outlines its analysis technology,and summaries the research progress of forensic microbiology in postmortem interval inference,cause of death inference,biogeographic inference,individual identification,and other forensic applications.At the same time,the problems of the present research in forensic microbiology and its future development are prospected.
