摘要
本文介绍了一种X波段小型化正阳极磁控管的研制,建立了高频结构仿真模型,讨论了本征模、电子运动状态和输出特性等高频特性;从阳极结构、输出结构和磁系统三个方面进行了小型化设计,并分析了小型化结构的绝缘和散热特性;在仿真分析和结构设计的基础上,开展了制管试验研究,在脉冲宽度5μs和工作比1‰的条件下,当阳极脉冲电压4.8 kV时,输出脉冲功率5.8 kW,频谱主副瓣比12.0 dB,成功研制了X波段小型化正阳极磁控管,试验样管的体积为65 mm×40 mm×45 mm,重量仅300 g。
The development of an X-band miniaturized magnetron with positive anode is presented.A high-frequency structure simulation model is established,and the high-frequency characteristics including eigenmodes,electron dynamics and output characteristics are discussed.The miniaturization designs of anode structure,output structure and magnetic system are carried out,and the insulation and heat dissipation characteristics of the miniaturized structures are analyzed.Based on the simulation analysis results and structural designs,an X-band miniaturized magnetron prototype with positive anode is fabricated.With pulse-width of 5μs and work duty of 0.1%,when the anode pulse voltage is 4.8 kV,the peak power of the magnetron is more than 5.8 kW and the ratio of mainlobe to sidelobe reaches 12.0 dB.The developed magnetron has a volume smaller than 65 mm×40 mm×45 mm with a weight of only 300 g.
