地铁车辆段工程与文物遗址保护结合设计——以西安地铁6号线为例 被引量:1

Design of Combination of Metro Depot Engineering and Cultural Relic Site Protection——Taking Xi’an Metro Line 6 as an Example

摘要 西安市轨道交通线网沿线文物较多,发现遗址、遗迹等文物如何保护是西安地铁工程建设遇到的重要难题。以西安地铁6号线车辆段为工程实例,分析了车辆段库区主体结构施工过程中咽喉区发现遗址后的解决方案。通过调整遗址区工程平面和竖向设计,使工程避开遗址本体满足遗址保护的要求。调整洗车线平面布置,使洗车库位于非遗址区,洗车工艺更加顺畅;轮对及受电弓动态检测设备调整至正线区间安装,车辆运营过程中检测,提高了检测频次;增大出入段线纵坡,咽喉区拉坡使遗址区地基处理工程从竖向避开遗址;出入段线信号转换轨增设应答器,完成轮径校准;室外管线工程采用地面敷设覆土设管堤方式避免遗址开挖。车辆段设计方案调整后未对已建成工程产生废弃,地铁车辆段使用功能完整,且满足文物保护要求。 There are many cultural relics along Xi’an urban rail transit network. How to protect them is an important problem in the construction of Xi’an subway project. Taking the vehicle depot of Xi’an Metro Line 6 as an example, this paper analyzes the solutions for the ruins found in the throat area during the construction of the main structure of the vehicle depot. By adjusting the plane and vertical design of the site area, this project can avoid the relics and meet the requirements of site protection. For instance, adjustment of the plane layout of the car washing line can allow the car washing garage to be located in the non-relics area and the car washing process smoother. The dynamic detection equipment of wheel set and pantograph adjusted to the main line section and vehicles detected while in operation can improve the detection frequency. Increasing the longitudinal slope of the throat area can keep the foundation treatment engineering away from the relics in the vertical direction. Adding a responder to the signal transfer track of entrance and exit section line can accomplish the wheel diameter calibration. Outdoor pipeline engineering using the method of ground laying with covering soil and setting pipeline jetty can avoid site excavation. After the adjustment of the vehicle depot design, there is no abandonment of the completed project, complete functions of metro vehicle depot are maintained and the requirements of site protection are satisfied.
