改性纳米粒子制备超疏水织物及其液滴黏附行为 被引量:1

Preparation and droplet adhesion behavior of superhydrophobic fabric based on modified nanoparticles

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对纳米二氧化钛进行表面改性,利用喷涂法将其沉积到棉织物表面,构筑具有表面粗糙结构的超疏水织物。探究改性时间和KH-570用量对棉织物超疏水性能、超疏水稳定性、微观形貌和抗黏附性能的影响。结果表明:在KH-570用量为15.0%(对二氧化钛质量)、改性时间为1.5 h的条件下,制得的涂层棉织物可实现超疏水效果,接触角高达163.5°,滑移角为8.6°,在强酸、强碱溶液、60℃温水中能够保持较好的疏水效果,并且可经受25次以上的砂纸摩擦;此外,超疏水织物对去离子水、染液和模拟血液有较好的抗黏附效果,黏附力仅为27.28μN。 The surface modification of nano-titanium dioxide was made by silane coupling agent KH-570,and superhydrophobic fabric surface with roughness structure was constructed by spraying method.The effects of modification time and mass fraction of KH-570 on superhydrophobic properties,superhydrophobic stability,microstructure and adhesion resistance of cotton fabrics were investigated.The results show that the coated cotton fabric can achieve superhydrophobic effect with a contact angle of 163.5°and a slip angle of 8.6°when the amount of KH-570 is 15.0%(to the mass of titanium dioxide)and the modification time is 1.5 h.It can maintain a good hydrophobic effect in strong acid,strong alkali solution and 60℃warm water,and can withstand more than 25 times of sandpaper friction.In addition,the superhydrophobic fabric has good adhesion resistance to deionized water,dye solution and simulated blood,and the adhesion force is only 27.28μN.
