摘要
分子印迹技术是指为了获得在空间结构和结合位点上与目标模板分子完全相匹配的聚合物的一种实验制备技术,所制备的印迹聚合物具有较好的选择性、稳定性和广泛适用性等特质。本文从分子印迹技术的发展及在生命科学研究领域的应用等角度,对分子印迹技术进行综述,指出目前分子印迹技术在这些领域存在的问题,并简要预测分子印迹技术在这些领域的发展趋势。
The molecular imprinting technique is an experimental preparation technique to obtain a polymer completely matched to a molecule(template molecule)in spatial structure and binding site.It has the characteristics of predefined structure-activity,recognition specificity,long-term stability and wide applicability.In this review,molecularly imprinted technology is summarized from the perspectives of its development and application in the field of life science,and the existing problems of molecularly imprinted technology in these fields are pointed out.The development trend of molecularly imprinted technology in these fields is briefly predicted.
