摘要
目的了解开封市儿童食源性沙门氏菌感染情况,为沙门氏菌引起的食源性疾病的防控工作提供科学依据。方法选择开封市某三级儿童专科医院作为监测点,收集符合病例定义的患儿信息和粪便标本进行沙门氏菌检测,阳性标本送当地市疾病预防控制中心进行复核及血清学鉴定。结果2018-2020年共采集601份粪便标本,检出食源性沙门氏菌阳性标本71份,检出率11.81%;婴幼儿期的患儿所占比例较高(88.73%);检出主要集中在第二、三季度(85.92%);可疑暴露食品类型主要为多种食品(28.17%)、水果类及其制品(19.72%)、粮食类及其制品(16.90%)、蛋与蛋制品(11.27%);加工方式以家庭自制(39.44%)和散装(23.94%)为主;71株食源性沙门氏菌鉴定出16种血清型,以鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和肠炎沙门氏菌为主(54.93%)。结论开封市儿童食源性沙门氏菌感染的人群分布、时间分布、可疑暴露食品分布、血清型分布均存在一定特征性,有关部门应根据这些特征进行精准施策、科学防控,从而预防本地沙门氏菌感染引起的食源性疾病的流行,保障儿童身体健康。
Objective To understand the situation of foodborne Salmonella infection in children in Kaifeng city,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of Salmonella-related foodborne diseases.Methods A third-level children’s hospital in Kaifeng city was selected as the monitoring point to collect the information of children who met the case definition,and the fecal specimens for Salmonella detection.The positive specimens were sent to the local center for disease control and prevention for review and serological identification.Results 601 fecal specimens were collected from 2018 to 2020.There were71 positive samples of foodborne Salmonella,and the detection rate was 11.81%;The proportion of children in infancy was higher(88.73%);The detection was concentrated in the second and third quarters(85.92%);Suspiciously exposed food types were mainly various foods(28.17%),fruits and their products(19.72%),grains and their products(16.90%),eggs and their products(11.27%);The main processing methods were home-made(39.44%)and bulk(23.94%);16 serotypes were identified in71 strains of foodborne Salmonella.Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis were the main strains(54.93%).Conclusion The population distribution,time distribution,distribution of suspected exposed food and distribution of serotype of foodborne Salmonella infection in children in Kaifeng city show certain characteristics.The relevant departments should take precise measures and scientific prevention and control according to these characteristics,so as to prevent the epidemic of local Salmonella-related foodborne diseases and protect the health of children.
