摘要
40多年来,我国高职教育取得了快速发展,形成了以有为政府为特征的发展模式。近年来,随着改革的持续深入,这一模式遇到一些发展难题。针对这些问题,高质量发展要求高职教育转变发展模式,把有效市场与有为政府结合起来。对于政府来说,要转变职能,重修与教育市场的关系,释放高职院校的创造力。对于市场中的高职院校来说,要加强内部治理现代化改革,重修与校内教学市场的关系,充分激发教师的积极性和创造性。
Higher vocational education in China has achieved rapid development for more than 40 years, and formed a development model characterized by promising government. In recent years, this model has encountered development problems as the reform continues to deepen. In view of these problems, high-quality development requires higher vocational education to change the development mode and combine the effective market with the promising government. For the government, it is to change its functions, rebuild the relationship with the education market and release the creativity of higher vocational colleges. For a higher vocational college in the market, it is to strengthen the modernization reform of internal governance, rebuild the relationship with the school teaching market, and fully stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers.
