摘要
该文将云模型理论引入实验室安全管理评价,构建基于组合赋权法和云模型的实验室安全管理评价方法,首先采用FAHP和CRITIC法获取实验室安全管理指标的主客观权重,然后采用组合赋权法将指标主客观权重组合,得到指标的组合权重,最后运用云数字特征表征指标的风险评估值,并根据云运算法则对指标的云数字特征进行加权运算,得到实验室安全管理评价综合指标云。该方法在高速铁路系统试验国家工程实验室的安全管理评价实际运用中,评价结果客观合理,对指导实验室安全管理综合评价具有参考价值和借鉴意义。
By introducing cloud model theory into laboratory safety management evaluation,a laboratory safety management evaluation method based on combination weighting method and cloud model is constructed.This method first uses FAHP and CRITIC methods to obtain the subjective and objective weights of laboratory safety management indexes,and then uses the combination weighting method to combine the subjective and objective weights of the indexes to obtain the combination weights of the indexes,and finally uses the cloud digital features to characterize the risk assessment value of the indicators,and according to the cloud algorithm,the cloud digital features of the index are weighted to obtain the comprehensive index cloud of laboratory safety management evaluation.The method is applied to the safety management evaluation of national engineering laboratory for system test of high-speed railway.The evaluation results are objective and reasonable,which has reference value and reference significance for guiding the comprehensive evaluation of laboratory safety management.
