摘要
传统的系统运维工作关键而又繁重,存在三大难点:系统变化感知滞后、问题不可预测、问题响应成本高,主要表现为可维护性差,可重用性低,救火式运维模式等。在数字化转型的背景下,运营商迫切需要考虑如何引入智能运维机器人进而提升系统运维水平。文章介绍了小沃智能机器人的发展背景、系统总体设计架构、主要功能、发展趋势及应用前景等。结合系统运维中智能机器人实际现网需求情况,深入探讨智能化运维方面的技术突破点以及对采集数据的挖掘与应用。
The traditional system operation and maintenance work is critical and heavy, and there are three difficulties: system change perception lag, unpredictable problems, high problem response cost, mainly manifested in poor maintainability, low reusability, fire-fighting operation and maintenance mode, etc. In the context of digital transformation, operators urgently need to consider how to introduce intelligent operation and maintenance robots to improve the level of system operation and maintenance. This paper introduces the development background, overall system design architecture, main functions, development trend and application prospect of Xiaowo intelligent robot. Combined with the actual network demand of intelligent robot in system operation and maintenance, this paper deeply discusses the technical breakthrough in intelligent operation and maintenance and the mining and application of collected data.
