摘要
目前国内掘锚机普遍存在截割臂下降抖动的情况。对国产多路阀与丹佛斯PVG阀进行性能测试,在截割臂下降过程中根据主阀芯流量的稳定性来对比2种阀的性能,决定对主阀芯压力补偿阀增加阻尼或在回路背压腔增加单向节流阀。通过大量试验和现场模拟得知,该方法可以显著提高掘锚机液压系统的稳定性。
At present, the drop jitter of the cutting arm is common in domestic anchor digging machine.The performance test of domestic multitandem valve and Danfoss PVG valve was carried out. During the drop of the cutting arm, the performance of the two valves was compared according to the stability of the flow rate of the main spore. It was decided to increase the damping of the main spore pressure compensation valve or add one-way throttle valve in the back pressure chamber of the loop. Through a lot of tests and field simulation, it is found that this method can significantly improve the stability of the hydraulic system of anchor digging machine.
