采煤机行走箱优化设计与应用

摘要 针对采煤机行走箱井下使用中存在的一些问题,如行走轮与销排啮合阻力较大、行走轮轴与壳体配合松动和跟转、行走轮轴井下拆卸困难与设计不合理、行走轮注油困难等,分别提出相应的改进措施:增设大空间滴油润滑装置、在壳体间增加耐磨套、设计新型支撑套结构和选用自润滑轴承,有效地解决了上述问题,现场应用效果良好。 In view of some problems existing in the underground use of shearer walking box, such as large meshing resistance between walking wheel and pin row, loose fit and following between walking axle and shell, difficult disassembly in underground and unreasonable design of walking axle, difficult oil injection of walking wheel, etc., corresponding improvement measures were put forward: adding large space oil dropping lubrication device, adding wear-resistant sleeve between shells, designing new support sleeve structure and selecting self-lubricating bearing, which effectively solve the above problems, and the field application effect is good.
