摘要
锌元素在高炉内的循环富集,会造成高炉长期高锌负荷生产,对高炉的炉型维护、寿命及煤气除尘等带来了一系列危害。通过对高炉锌负荷及锌的收支平衡计算,得出要控制高炉锌负荷,避免锌在高炉内循环富集,关键要控制烧结矿中锌含量,并严格控制高炉除尘灰、炼钢污泥、硫酸渣在烧结混匀料的使用比例。通过采取控制高锌含铁物料使用、主动降料面排锌、休风爆破炸瘤、更换变形风口中套等应对措施,最大程度地降低高锌冶炼带来的危害,为高炉炼钢排锌提供参考。
Cyclic zinc enrichment in a blast furnace leads to a long-term high zinc load in the process of production,which causes serious hazards to furnace maintenance,service life and gas cleaning.Through the calculation of the balance of the blast furnace zinc load and the receipt of zinc,it is concluded that to control the zinc load of the blast furnace and avoid the circulation and enrichment of zinc in the blast furnace,the key is to control the zinc content of the sinter ore and strictly control the proportion of blast furnace dust removal ash,steelmaking sludge,and sulfuric acid slag in the sintering mixture.By taking countermeasures such as controlling the use of high-zinc iron-containing materials,actively reducing the zinc discharge of the feed surface,blasting the tumor in the wind,and replacing the deformed air outlet sleeve,the harm caused by high-zinc smelting is minimized.Provide a reference for zinc discharge in blast furnace steelmaking.
