摘要
苏锡常都市圈是改革开放后长江中下游城市化进程中最为迅速、城镇空间重塑最为明显的区域。在经济发展进入新常态背景下,苏锡常都市圈经济发展正处于新旧动能接续转换、经济转型升级的关键时期,创新成为引领发展的第一动力,构建良性发展的苏锡常都市圈高职院校双创生态系统是重要保障。但目前苏锡常都市圈高职双创系统存在高端创新要素不充分、创新平台资源共享不深入、创新运行机制保障不到位等问题,需要遵循借鉴主要创新模式、加强区域政策扶持、促进产学研协同创新、拓展孵化机制、鼓励社会组织参与的发展思路,实现创新主体错位发展、创新平台协同联动、工作机制同频共振。
Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou metropolitan coordinating region have the biggest urbanization pace and the most urban space refigure in the lower-middle reaches of the Yangtze river since reform and opening up.With entering the new normal economy,SuzhouWuxi-Changzhou metropolitan coordinating region faces the continuous conversion of old and new kinetic energy and economy escalation,innovation and entrepreneurship becomes the driving force of economic development.It is an important guarantee to build a healthy development ecosystem of higher vocational colleges in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou.However,regional innovation and entrepreneurship ecology faces the puzzle of public policy inefficacy,innovation and entrepreneurship ecology out-of-sequence and the guarantee of innovative operation mechanism out-of-place,we need to learn from main innovation modes to strengthen regional policy support,promote industry and university research collaboration,expand incubation mechanism and encourage the participation of social organizations,aiming to realize innovation subject dislocation development,collaborative linkage of innovation platform and the synchronization of working mechanism.
