内蒙古某新能源产业示范园区污水处理工艺及效率研究

摘要 以内蒙古干旱地区某新能源产业示范园区污水处理厂为例,对比污水处理工艺,选取MSBR工艺进行污水处理试验。结果表明:污水处理温度在13~28℃范围内,缺氧段溶解氧控制在0.5 mg/L以下,最佳浓度约为0.2 mg/L,最适宜pH值为7.0~8.5,处理后污水污染物去除率全部达标,符合《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A排放标准,全部回用于园区内企业的生产用水、园区绿化用水或景观用水,零污水排放,实现污泥减量化。 The article takes a sewage treatment plant in a new energy industry demonstration park in the arid area of Inner Mongolia as an example, compares the sewage treatment processes, and selects the MSBR process for sewage treatment experiments. The results show that the sewage treatment temperature is in the range of 13~28 ℃, the dissolved oxygen in the anoxic section is controlled below 0.5 mg/L, the optimum concentration is about 0.2 mg/L, and the optimum pH value is 7.0~8.5. The removal rate of all pollutants is up to the standard, and it complies with the Class A discharge standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 18918-2002) to achieve sludge reduction.
