摘要
为实现汽车前车门的轻量化,研究采用碳纤维复合材料作为汽车车门制造的核心原料,在满足汽车对性能和装配的要求下,通过该材料进行汽车车门的结构设计与铺层优化,最大限度地降低新能源汽车的整体质量。利用有限元分析软件建立汽车前车门有限元模型,该模型内部包含Ply+Stack方式,通过该方式可完成碳纤维复合材料铺层的定义,有利于设计者清晰地观察到碳纤维复合材料的铺层结构,实现碳纤维复合材料的可视化定义。将该材料应用于新能源汽车前车门的轻量化设计,汽车轻量化效果为54.94%,达到了碳纤维复合材料的设计目的及要求。
In order to achieve the light weight of the front door of the car,this study used carbon fiber composite material as the core material of the car door manufacturing,under the requirement of the performance and assembling of the car,to minimize the overall weight of new energy vehicles through the material of the car door structure design and optimization.Finite element analysis software was used to establish the finite element model of the front door of the car.The model contained Ply+Stack mode,through which the definition of carbon fiber composite material paving could be completed,which was beneficial for designers to clearly observe the layer structure of carbon fiber composite material and realize the visual definition of carbon fiber composite material.The material was applied to the lightweight design of the front door of a new energy vehicle,and the lightweight effect of the vehicle was 54.94%,which met the design purpose and requirements of carbon fiber composite material.
