摘要
针对目前高速公路沥青混凝土的养护难以达到相关的标准,研究提出一种Novachip超薄磨耗层养护技术并确定实施过程中的最佳施工沥青混合料配合比,同时给出相应的道路路面使用性能评价标准。通过路面渗水性测试和构造深度测试,结果显示,施工前A线和B线平均构造深度分别为0.52 mm和0.53mm,平均路面渗水系数分别为83.67、84.54 m L/min;施工后A线和B线平均构造深度分别为1.33、1.34mm,平均路面渗水系数分别为13.53、14.73 m L/min。
In view of the current highway asphalt concrete maintenance is difficult to meet the relevant standards,this paper proposes a Novachip ultra-thin wearing course maintenance technology,determines the best construction asphalt mixture ratio in the implementation process,and gives the corresponding road pavement performance evaluation standard.Through the pavement permeability test and structure depth test,the results show that the average structure depth of line A and line B before construction is 0.52 mm and 0.53 mm respectively,and the average pavement permeability coefficient is 83.67 mL/min and 84.54 mL/min respectively.After construction,the average structure depth of line A and line B become 1.33 mm and 1.34 mm respectively,and the average pavement permeability coefficient become 13.53 mL/min and 14.73 mL/min respectively.
