摘要
目的 探讨规范流程护理模式对内镜下上消化道肿瘤切除术患者生存质量、并发症的影响。方法 回顾性分析2019年12月20日至2020年12月22日就诊的行内镜下上消化道肿瘤切除术患者62例,按护理方式不同分成2组,每组31例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用规范流程护理模式。观察2组患者并发症发生率、护理质量和生活质量。结果 观察组患者总并发症发生率为6.5%少于对照组的19.4%(P<0.05),观察组护理质量明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 上消化道肿瘤患者行内镜下肿瘤切除术后应用规范流程护理模式,可显著减少并发症的发生率、提高护理质量和提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of standardized nursing mode on the life quality and complications in patients with upper gastrointestinal tumor undergoing endoscopic resection.Methods The clinical data about 62 patients with upper gastrointestinal tumors who were treated by endoscopic resection in our hospital from December 20,2019 to December 22,2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursinf modes,these patients were divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,those in observation group were treated by standardized nursing mode.The incidence of complications,nursing quality,life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in observation group was 6.5%,which was significantly lower than that(19.4%)in control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05),however,life quality scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of standard nursing mode for patients with upper gastrointestinal tumor after endoscopic resection can significantly decrease the incidence of complications,improve the nursing quality and life quality of patients.
