摘要
目的探究中西医结合疗法对肿瘤放化疗患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法选择2017年7月至2019年7月我院收治的100例肿瘤放化疗患者为研究对象,采取抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规西医对症治疗,观察组给予中西医结合疗法。比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应、微循环状态、免疫功能[白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原阳性(CD8^(+))、自然杀伤细胞(NK)]。结果观察组患者的客观缓解率(ORR)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、肝肾功能异常、感染总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的形态积分、流态积分、白微栓率低于治疗前,毛细血管血流速度快于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及NK细胞比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法应用于肿瘤放化疗患者中,有利于提高治疗效果,改善微循环状态和免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the influence of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on clinical treatment effect of tumor patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods One hundred tumor patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,microcirculation status,immune function[cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+)),cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+)),natural killer cell(NK)]were compared between the two groups.Results The objective remission rate(ORR)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidences of bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction,liver and kidney dysfunction,infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the morphological integral,flow state integral,white microembolic rate of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the capillary blood flow velocity was faster than that before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and the proportion of NK cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy applied in tumor patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect,promote the microcirculation status and immune function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
