摘要
目的探究心理护理在儿童保健体检中的应用价值及其对负面情绪的影响。方法选取保健体检中心2019年1月至2021年1月体检的200例儿童为研究对象,按照单双号随机分组法将其分为试验组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。试验组采用心理护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。比较两组儿童保健体检时间、Mishel疾病不确定感量表评分(MUIS)、家属对儿童保健体检知识的掌握度、保健体检配合度、一次采血成功率、体检准确率及儿童负面情绪。结果试验组儿童保健体检时间短于对照组,MUIS评分低于对照组,家属对儿童保健体检知识掌握度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组儿童保健体检配合度优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组儿童一次采血成功率及体检准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组儿童的负面情绪严重率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理应用于儿童保健体检中有较高的价值,可提高家属的儿童保健体检知识掌握度、儿童保健体检时的配合度及体检结果的准确性,改善儿童的负面情绪,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing in children's health examination and its influence on the negative emotion.Methods A total of 200 children who underwent physical examination in the health examination center from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children were randomly divided into experimental group(n=100)and control group(n=100)according to the single and even numbers.The experimental group received psychological nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing intervention.The time of health examination,Mishel uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS),family members'mastery of children's health examination knowledge,health examination cooperation,one-time blood collection success rate,physical examination accuracy and children's negative emotions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of health examination in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,MUIS score was lower than that in the control group,and the score of family members'mastery of children's health examination knowledge was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of children's health examination coordination in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time blood collection and the accuracy rate of physical examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serious rate of negative emotion in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing applied in children's health examination has higher value.It can improve family members'mastery of children's health examination knowledge,cooperation in children's health examination and the accuracy of physical examination results,and improve children's negative emotions,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
