基于NetFlow技术的造纸生产通信网络在线监测系统 被引量:4

Online Monitoring System of Papermaking Communication Network Based on NetFlow Technology

摘要 为了提高造纸生产通信网络的稳定性,解决现有通信网络在线监测系统存在的监测误差大、响应速度慢的问题,利用NetFlow技术从硬件、数据库和软件功能三个方面,实现造纸生产通信网络在线监测系统的优化设计。改装NetFlow采集器设备,加设NetFlow缓存设备,调整输出显示电路的连接方式,完成硬件系统的优化设计。根据通信网络监测数据实体之间的逻辑关系,连接生成的数据库表。利用NetFlow技术实时采集造纸生产通信网络流量数据,聚类处理采集数据。计算流量速率、流量平稳性等监测数据,从通信网络流量和协议两个方面,检测网络是否存在异常,最终通过监测结果的可视化输出,完成系统的在线监测功能。通过系统测试实验得出结论:设计系统的通信网络流量和流速参数的监测误差均低于预设值,且响应时间低于6000ms。 In order to improve the stability of paper production communication network,solve the problems of large monitoring error and slow response of existing communication network online monitoring system,NetFlow technology is used to realize the optimization design of paper production communication network online monitoring system from three aspects of hardware,database and software functions.Refit NetFlow collector equipment,add NetFlow buffer equipment,adjust the connection mode of output display circuit,and complete the optimal design of hardware system.Connect the generated database table according to the logical relationship between the monitoring data entities of the communication network.NetFlow technology is used to collect the traffic data of communication network in papermaking in real time,and cluster the collected data.Calculate the monitoring data such as traffic rate and traffic stability,detect whether there are abnormalities in the network from the two aspects of communication network traffic and protocol,and finally complete the online monitoring function of the system through the visual output of monitoring results.Through the system test experiment,it is concluded that the monitoring errors of the communication network flow and velocity parameters of the designed system are lower than the preset value,and the response time is less than 6000ms.
