摘要
目的探究加速康复外科(ERAS)护理对短段型先天性巨结肠患儿术后恢复的影响。方法选取我院2020年6月至2021年6月短段型先天性巨结肠患儿60例,根据入院顺序不同分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予ERAS护理。对比两组患儿病情指标、儿童疼痛行为(FLACC)评分、Heikkinen临床评分、依从性、并发症及满意度。结果观察组首次排气、首次排便、首次进食及住院时间均短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后24 h、72 h观察组FLACC评分低于对照组,术后72 h、1个月观察组Heikkinen评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组依从性(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症(6.67%)低于对照组(26.67%),满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论ERAS护理可促进短段型先天性巨结肠患儿术后恢复进程,缓解患儿疼痛感,提高依从性,降低并发症风险,提升护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)nursing on postoperative recovery of children with short segment hirschsprung's disease.Methods Sixty children with short segment hirschsprung's disease were selected from June 2020 to June 2021 in our hospital,and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given ERAS care on the basis of this.The disease indicators,face,legs,activity,crying,consolability scale(FLACC)score,Heikkinen clinical score,compliance,complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's first exhaust,first defecation,first feeding and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,the difference was significant P<0.05.FLACC score of observation group was lower than control group 24 hours and 72 hours after surgery,Heikkinen score of observation group was higher than control group 72 hours and one month after surgery,the difference was significant P<0.05.The compliance of observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of control group(73.33%),the difference was significant P<0.05.The complications in the observation group(6.67%)were lower than those in the control group(26.67%),the satisfaction of observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of control group(66.67%),the difference were significant P<0.05.Conclusion ERAS nursing can promote the postoperative recovery process of children with short segment hirschsprung's disease,relieve their pain,improve compliance,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
